Getting into and maintaining a healthy routine calms the mind and balances the body, keeping your energy steady and strong. Nothing helps you build strength, flexibility and balance like a 30 day yoga challenge! If you are looking for motivation to kick-start or revitalize your yoga practice, this is the challenge for you!
The challenge begins Tuesday, June 19th. Come to any class on the schedule! There will be a kick-off meeting that day at 8:45am. Meet other people in the challenge, set your goals and challenge intention and receive answers to commonly asked questions!
The challenge ends 35 days later on Monday, July 23rd (wrap up meeting at 8:45AM).
The challenge runs over 35 days (including Canada Day) to give you a little leeway so that you can miss a day if something comes up. Building a routine takes 28 days. By the time you are done, yoga will be a healthy lifestyle habit for you! You must attend one class per day – no doubling up days. If you successfully attend yoga for 30 days, you will receive 30 days of yoga post-challenge FREE.
Everyone who enters the Challenge will be entered in a draw for a $50 That Yoga Place gift certificate. What better way to stay healthy, invigorate your yoga practice and feel awesome!
Registration: $100 + GST
If you have a current class pass or membership, it will be put on hold for the duration of the Challenge.
*30 days of free yoga commences the day after the Challenge ends. No transfers, extensions or exceptions. Must be a 30 Day Challenge Participant and have successfully completed 30 classes (one class per day – no doubling up days) at That Yoga Place to qualify.
